The Dayton Bujinkan Dojo is holding a Kyu Rank Workshop on Saturday, October 19, 2024, covering the 9th, 8th, and 7th Kyu material from its Adult Training Curriculum for its members and approved guests. This is a great opportunity to revisit core movements and refine the foundation of your taijutsu. We will be exploring the Shoshin, Gogyo, and Goshin no Kata, kaiten waza (rolling, etc.), kamae such as Shizen, Ichimonji, and Jumonji, reviewing gyaku te waza (wrist twists) and arm bars (musha dori and onikudaki), and buki waza including hanbojutsu (3-ft staff) and the tanto.
